Miss Jack
Principal
Miss Jack is level 6 qualified with many years’ experience in Early years education. Her passion for creating a rich, inspiring learning environment shines through in everything she does. Miss Jack’s enthusiasm and dedication motivates her team and bring joy to the children who absolutely adore her. Even after they move on to a new setting, the children are always excited to see her when she visits to check on her they are settling. A true life long learner, Miss jack continues to inspire curiosity, growth and love of learning in everyone around her.

I have worked in early years education for over 13 years, along the way, I have developed a deep passion for supporting children’s early development and helping them grow into confident, curious learners. in 2022 I completed a master’s degree in early years Leadership and Management. I feel truly privileged to play a role in shaping children’s early experiences and guiding dedicated teams who share the same commitment to high quality care and education.

SENIOR SENDCO
Miss Fiona specialises in supporting the development of children with special educational needs. She has many years experience as an international Montessorian and her level 4 qualification ensures a practical as well as professional approach to the learning environment. Miss Fiona's calm approach helps soothe both the worries of parents and encourages the confidence of the children.
Miss Meneka is a qualified international Montessorian level 4. She has been in this profession for 19 years and feels this sector is an important part of her journey. Miss Meneka is very passionate about her job and loves being with little ones and helping develop holistically.

Miss Rachana is a qualified Montessorian (level 4) with over 23 years’ experience in the field. She loves being surrounded by children and feels truly rewarded by watching the learn, grow and achieve new milestones. Their progress brings her immense joy and motivation each day.

Miss Caitlin has a diploma in Montessori early years from South Africa and is currently completing her EYFS training. Miss Caitlin loves her job because is passionate about helping children grow and enjoys being a part of their learning journey.
Miss Ally
Miss Ally is qualified level 3 with over 8 years’ experience in supporting children’s learning and development. She loves teaching the children, watching them grow and building friendships with them and their families.
Miss Jess joined our school in 2023 and quickly became a valued part of the team. Her love of Montessori learning and the early years began from an early age. With a passion for arts and crafts, Miss Jess fills the setting with colour and creativity, curating beautiful displays of the children’s work for everyone to enjoy.
